Job Descriptions:
- Support the Operation team in maintaining support ticketing system
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Follow all the instructions given by the Chief Technology Officer or the Head of Department
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields.
- Familiar with programming languages (eg: JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, PHP, CSS, Darts Flutter, Codeigniter, Laravel).
- Required language (s): English
