1. Support purchasing related activities (new product documentation check, certification status summary and update, supplier documents profiling, other tasks supporting new product development, sourcing activities, etc.)
2. Follow up sample delivery status
3. Conduct data analysis and reporting
4. Administrative tasks
5. Others
Qualification
1. Skilled of Microsoft applications (i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Advanced data analysis capabilities (e.g. Power BI, Excel VBA, etc.) would be a plus
2. Proficient in written English, workable in oral English
3. Good communication skills, detail-oriented, diligent, and responsible
4. Good learning ability, and good teamwork
5. Working days: minimum 2-3 days per week, 6 months at least, longer time preferred
